Participants are invited to take the stage themed around “In Nature, For Nature, With Nature!”. From everyday eco-struggles to wild weather woes, plastic problems to planet-saving antics, use wit, satire, and storytelling to shine a light on our climate challenges and inspire audiences to care. Let your voice be heard, your jokes be clever, and your message be loud: saving the planet can be serious, but it can also be seriously funny!

Eligibility:   

Students above the age of 10 years from school, drama school and NGO.
Students from college.

Qualifying criteria:   

Conceptual note (150-250 words) of the theme to be performed at the event, with a brief write-up on script to be submitted.

Guidelines:  

• Any individual or a group of 2 individuals are allowed to perform in the competition.
• No background music will be allowed as a part of the competition.
• Duration of the final performance should not be more than 3-5 minutes.
• Participants will use their own costumes and props required for the performance.

Participants are encouraged to bring alive thought-provoking narratives that address issues such as waste reduction, water conservation, biodiversity protection, and renewable energy adoption, while keeping the performance engaging, inclusive, and impactful.

Conceptual note (150-250 words) of the idea for drum and performed at the event. A glimpse of 1-to-2-minute behind the scene video recording of their performance.

Guidelines:  

• Any individual or a group with maximum of 10 participants will be allowed to participate.
• Language for the performance can be either Hindi or English or both.
• Pre-recorded dialogues and background music will be allowed as a part of the competition.
• Duration of the final performance should not be more than 8-10 minutes.
• Participants will use their own costumes, props, any other special effects required for the performance.

From climate-resilient buildings to renewable energy systems, from waste-to-resource innovations to community eco-spaces—the models should showcase design thinking that blends creativity with environmental responsibility.

Guidelines:  

• Any individual or group with maximum of 5 participants will be allowed to participate in the competition.
• The model must be prepared with the materials which is based on the principles of 5Rs – Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Rot.
• The size of the model shall not exceed 2’ x 2’.

Qualifying criteria:   

Concept note (150-250 words) of the idea for fashion walk.
A glimpse of 1-to-2-minute behind the scene video recording of the process of making the outfits and rehearsal of performance.

Guidelines:  

• A group of 5 to 10 (min. 5 and max. 10) individuals are allowed to participate in the competition.
• Duration of the final performance should not be more than 10 minutes.
• Participants will use their own costumes and props required for the performance.
• All costumes and props must reflect the core theme of sustainability and nature. Any deviation from the theme may result in disqualification.
• Costumes must be crafted using eco-friendly materials such as upcycled fabrics, natural fibers (like jute, cotton, hemp, or bamboo), biodegradable elements (such as dried leaves or coconut shells), or any waste materials.
• The use of synthetic, newly purchased fashion items is strongly discouraged.
• The outfits must be safe, comfortable, and age-appropriate, with any vulgar, offensive, or culturally insensitive representations strictly prohibited.
• Pre-recorded dialogues as a starter explaining the concept will be allowed for 1 minute. Audio must be shared at least 2 weeks before the event with the organizing team. The preferred language for the audio is English. Background music (without lyrics) is allowed for performance.

But here’s the twist; no store-bought drums allowed! Participants must design and build their own drums using recycled, upcycled, or innovative materials.

This isn’t just a music contest, it’s a celebration of sustainability, resourcefulness, and expression. Whether it’s a metal can, or a creatively crafted bamboo frame, your drum should be unique and handmade. Once built, bring it to life through a powerful performance that showcases coordination, energy, and beats.
